What we collect

When you use Moni in a Discord server, we store the minimum needed to run her features: your Discord user ID, server (guild) IDs, message content only where a feature explicitly requires it (for example AI conversation context or leveling), and settings you configure on this dashboard. When you sign in here, Discord shares your user ID, username, avatar, and the servers you manage — we never see your Discord password.

How we use it

Data is used strictly to operate the features you enable: persisting AI conversation memory, running moderation and automod rules, tracking levels and economy balances, generating welcome/goodbye cards, and powering the analytics shown on this dashboard. We do not sell data, and we do not use it to train third-party models beyond the AI providers Moni already relies on to generate her replies.

Where it's stored

All persistent data lives in a access-controlled MongoDB database. Dashboard sessions are managed by NextAuth and never expose your OAuth access token to anyone except your own browser session.

Your controls

Server admins can disable AI memory, automod, leveling, or any other module at any time from this dashboard — disabling a module stops new data collection for it immediately. You can also ask us, via the support server, to delete data tied to your user ID or an entire guild.

Third parties

Moni's AI replies are generated using third-party language model APIs (the message you send is forwarded to generate a response, the same way it would be for any AI assistant). Discord itself is, of course, the platform Moni operates on and is governed by Discord's own privacy policy.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll post an update here. For deletion requests, questions, or anything else, the fastest way to reach us is the official support server linked below.
